Blogger has changed the flag button page. Now it says: "The Flag button is not censorship and it cannot be manipulated by angry mobs. Political dissent? Incendiary opinions? Just plain crazy? Bring it on."

Well, yes. But isn't hate speech illegal? Can't we just have Blogger say out loud it will only be used for blatantly illegal material, and spam blogs? It's better, but saying doesn't make it so. I'm still not convinced this isn't censorship.
