disgruntled

This is just too weird: a disgruntled postal worker, which has mostly just been an amusing punchline to me, actually shot and killed at least three people, and wounding several others just a couple of hundred meters from where I used to live in the United States. My parents celebrated christmas with someone who works there, or used to, anyway. "Going postal" will never be funny again.
