A guy on death row in Maryland in the US has a blog. Talk about looking the uncomfortable things in the eye. But that doesn't do it for some. Look at the uncomfortably sadistic comments on this post. The motives, as always, are elsewhere. The death penalty was rationalised after the fact; it has no connection to anything rational.
