thriftiness, openness of humour, love of fish, austerity, drinking coffee, carving viking longboats

Nice use of Google: somebody sat down and did some data mining with the search engine, and created this Prejudice Map. It shows first impressions of generalisations about nationalities. Turkish people? Hospitality and using weapons.

I remember my first day at Goleta Valley Junior High School in California, this kid named Adam said to me "Norway. Isn't that where you put the little wooden shoes out for christmas?"

Go ahead! Burn it! It's not like we're afraid of catholics. What with a) me being the messias, and b) the catholic community's historically speaking complete lack of willingness to use brute force.
