Well, well. Isn't this just peachy: the South Dakota Senate just approved a bill outlawing abortion, even under circumstances of rape and incest. Only if the mother is in danger will abortion be legal. In a short little while, this will be going up in the Supreme Court, and the new Supreme Court (which, by then, migth even have a third ultra-right-winger in place after Stevens retires) will be able to overturn Roe vs. Wade, the decision from 1973 which made abortion legal.
